Holy smokies! I just experienced my top-top favourite meditation at weeklyTuesday night intention-meditation at Himalayan Salt Cave! Laura facilitated a beautiful chakra-clearing plus offered the very most beautiful crystal-bowl sound-healing I’ve ever experienced -gentle colourful layers of sound...! And gorgeous heartfelt music to accompany here and there as well. Thank-you Laura! Totally recommend Himalayan Salt Cave to anyone and everyone who passes through or lives in Nelson, BC! Must-experience for you and loved ones to experience. Absolutely. 💗

Amazing! We got a couples massage by the massage specialists (I believe it was Shelly and Noemy). It was INCREDIBLE. It’s always a risk when you are trying a therapist for the first time- but nope- they delivered! The salt cave is magical and felt super healing- amplifying the effects of the wonderful massage. 10/10. Thank you so much!

I wasn’t sure what to expect other than I had booked a massage in the salt cave. Francie went above and beyond any expectations that I may have had. She explained the benefits of the salt cave, how it is incorporated into the experience and made sure I was comfortable. The music, the ambiance, and the infused essential oils were perfect. The sound bath at the end of my massage was the icing on the cake. My heart and soul are happy. I’ll definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I visited Nelson and he booked us a massage and sound therapy for my birthday. It was the most relaxing time. we Camelot feeling amazing and the sound therapy was such a fantastic experience. We would drive the 6 hours from home just to have that experience again. Highly recommend!

We booked a couples massage in the salt cave after not being able to get an appointment at the hotel we were staying at. We both felt that it was the best massage we’d ever had! The massage therapists were both so incredibly talented, professional, warm-hearted, and down to earth. If we ever find ourselves in town again, we will surely book another couples massage!
